This policy explains what information Dispatchd collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. Dispatchd is a staff scheduling and shift-dispatch service operated by Gabriel Ramirez, based in the United States.
Dispatchd collects the name and mobile phone number of workers, provided by their employer or by the worker during onboarding, along with scheduling details such as positions worked, shifts, and hours. We collect this only to operate scheduling and payroll for that employer.
Phone numbers are used solely to send work-related text messages: shift offers, shift confirmations, clock-in links, and hours verification. We do not use this information for advertising or marketing.
Workers opt in to text messages during onboarding or by texting START to our number, and can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Mobile information and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the employer the worker is scheduled by, and with service providers that help operate the platform (such as our SMS provider) strictly to deliver these messages.
We retain scheduling and hours information for as long as needed to operate the service and meet recordkeeping and payroll obligations, and take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access.
